Mercy by the Sea programs seek to help us tap into the wisdom of our incarnated Spirit, which can inform our desires for communion, wholeness and maturity.
Body prayer and movement — gentle yoga, walking meditation, tai chi, among other practices — are integrated into days of prayer, mindfulness, contemplation and self-care. Massage is also made available during directed week-long silent retreats and other extended programs.
