Come on Your Own

In “normal” times, we welcome all visitors to Mercy by the Sea. Even as we emerge from the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic, our buildings are still not yet fully open to the public, except to those registered for our in-person programs or retreats. However, anyone is welcome to walk our beautiful grounds.

In accordance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines, in-person guests registered for programs or retreats at Mercy by the Sea are required to present either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test (not a home test) within 72 hours of arrival. Due to the recent increase in cases in the state in July, 2022, the wearing of masks is again mandatory.

We have a full slate of in-person retreats and virtual programs in the coming year, along with opportunities to come "on your own" for times of personal reflection—details can be found here. We are committed to serving you with open hearts as we slowly reopen. We share regular updates, reflections and events in our weekly newsletter—you can sign up here.
