Seascape Guest House

Seascape, a unique contemporary building with finely crafted details, was donated to the Sisters of Mercy in 1995 by actress Marlo Thomas, best known for starring in the comedy series "That Girl," and Phil Donahue, host of the first daytime talk show involving audience participation.

It can be rented exclusively for your group or organization. It has 8 bedrooms, with beds for 15 guests and handicapped accessible rooms and baths. The large Great Room, which overlooks Long Island Sound, is perfect for group meetings, and there are several additional smaller informal meeting spaces.

Whether you’re planning a retreat, workshop or brainstorming session, Seascape offers an intimate environment set apart for uninterrupted group process. Guests take meals in the McAuley Dining Room, located just across the lawn in the Main Building. We also offer a day-only rental option from Mondays to Thursdays for organizations who wish to bring a group for just a few hours or a day.
