Please note that meeting rooms are assigned based on the size and needs of your group so that Center usage can be maximized.

Day Group Rates

The rental fee for a meeting room includes the meeting room, lunch, and coffee and tea service in the morning.

Overnight Group Rates

Overnight group bookings includes the meeting room or rooms with morning coffee and tea service plus guest rooms and meals; namely, dinner on day of arrival through breakfast on the day of departure.

Seascape: A Private Retreat House

Seascape has 8 bedrooms and sleeps 15 people. There is a Great Room with cathedral ceiling, overlooking Long Island Sound.

In-Season Rate (March 1 through October 31) $1725.00 per night*
Winter Rate (November 1 through February 28) $1500.00 per night
Day Rate (Available Monday through Thursday) $800.00 per day
*2 night minimum is required for weekend rentals from March 1 - October 31


Individual Overnight Rates

Individuals may also stay at the Center, based on room availability. The cost includes the room, dinner on the night of arrival (following the 4:00 p.m. check-in), and all meals through breakfast on the day of departure (check out at 10:00 a.m.).

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mercy by the Sea

  • A tentative reservation will only be held for 7 days. To secure a reservation date a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total fee, up to $1500 is required. 
  • Full payment is due 30 days prior to the first day of the scheduled reservation date. Cancellations made within 30 days before the first day of the reservation date will result in MBTS retaining 75% of the full payment.
  • A full refund would be given in the unlikely event that MBTS would need to cancel the program. Any payments made cannot be held by MBTS as “credit on account” toward a future date.
