Mercy by the Sea is a retreat and conference center in Madison, Connecticut. Located on the shores of the Long Island Sound and surrounded by natural beauty, its setting supports contemplation, reflection, connection with Earth and holistic growth and experience.

In the spirit of Foundress Catherine McAuley, Mercy by the Sea employees all embody the ministry of hospitality. They have a keen sense of service and care deeply about making a difference in the lives of others. Together, those who work at Mercy Center create an authentic atmosphere of comfort and welcome that is precious and palpable for overnight guests, visitors, program presenters and retreat directors.

GUEST SERVICES Associate for Hosted Groups

Guest Services are responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable environment, responding to the needs of guests in a manner that supports the mission, values and vision of Mercy by the Sea. The guest services staff collaborate, back one another up and work as a team.
