Mercy by the Sea is a retreat and conference center in Madison, Connecticut. Located on the shores of the Long Island Sound and surrounded by natural beauty, its setting supports contemplation, reflection, connection with Earth and holistic growth and experience.

Assistant Housekeeper

Communications Director

Mercy by the Sea is seeking a new part-time Communications Director. The position is 24 hours a week, on-site. The Director works closely with Administrative, Development and Program staff. Responsibilities include managing and developing content for the website, social media, producing and distributing marketing and communications materials.
