Full-time Housekeeping Coordinator
A full-time, a mission-driven leadership opportunity at Mercy by the Sea to create a clean, peaceful, welcoming environment for guests.
The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department by coordinating cleaning assignments, maintaining records, ordering, while actively performing housekeeping and cleaning duties as part of the role. The coordinator ensures smooth communication between housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and guest services.

Part-Time Culinary Team Member
Mercy by the Sea Retreat and Conference Center in Madison, Connecticut is seeking a retired or semi-retired culinary professional to join our kitchen team for 25–30 hours per week.
This is a unique opportunity to step away from the fast pace and demands of a traditional restaurant kitchen. You'll prepare nourishing meals for guests in a beautiful shoreline setting where hospitality is part of our mission. You'll enjoy a supportive team and the satisfaction of using your talents to serve others.
We're looking for someone who:
