Personal Reflection Time

Silent directed retreats allow us to withdraw from the busyness of life and to reflect on and deepen our relationship with God. They offer an experience grounded in solitude, silence, and prayer, and include daily meetings with a spiritual director.

*In accordance with CDC COVID-19 guidelines, in-person guests registered for programs or retreats at Mercy by the Sea are required to present either proof of vaccination or a negative PCR test (not a home test) within 72 hours of arrival. Masks are optional, but are recommended for non-vaccinated guests.

Personal Reflection Times

If you cannot participate in one of our scheduled directed retreats, you are invited to come for your own (depending on room availability). While the retreat center may not be in silence, you can still benefit from our prayerful and peaceful setting. If you desire silence during meals, you are free to use the upper dining room. If we have an upcoming personal reflection time, it will be listed below. To learn more, please email Diane Kopin.
