About this Retreat

Gather the first weekend of Lent to immerse yourself in the special, love-filled invitation at the heart of the season of Lent - to come ever more alive in the love of God! Guided by the wisdom and insights of Henri Nouwen, who found a spiritual home at Mercy by the Sea (writing many of his masterpieces while on retreat here), Francis Gargani and Janet Corso will offer a refreshing and life-giving way to journey through Lent.

Immerse yourself in God's gracious Light and be attentive to the special gift of love God so desires to lavish on us.  Throughout this silent retreat there will be the opportunity for reflection, individual spiritual direction,  small group sharing, daily Eucharist, and night prayer to close the day.
