About the Retreat

Join Fr. Jeff Putthoff, SJ and fellow spiritual directors as we use Ignatian Contemplation, imaginative prayer, and the senses to engage in conversation with God. Learning to understand our interiority through the model of Internal Family Systems (IFS) as a means of intimate prayer with the Father, Jesus, or Spirit allows us to connect with the parts of us that are sad, joyful, anxious, discouraged, happy, funny, and much more as a natural aspect of adult life.  Sharing these interior movements in a familiar way with God helps us deepen our intimacy with God both in our own spiritual journey and in our ministry as spiritual directors through the methods of Ignatian prayer.
