Jim Conroy is a seasoned sales and operations leader with more than 25 years of management experience across technical sales, guest services, and team leadership. His experience includes supervising staff and resolving guest concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Jim is deeply aligned with Mercy by the Sea’s mission of offering a tranquil and inclusive space for spiritual growth. As Night Manager, he is committed to ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests, while upholding the values of compassion, attentiveness, and quiet stewardship that define Mercy by the Sea.
Jim enjoys paddle boarding on Long Island Sound, hiking and being in nature. Time with his two daughters is the greatest of life’s gifts as they are, according to Jim, “the two best people in the world.”
He holds an MBA in Marketing from Fairfield University and a BS in Economics from Penn State University.
