Photography Exhibit Reveals the Interplay of Nature, Light and Divine Love

This light-inspired exhibit by Janice Edwards, RSM is a culmination of the influence of Teilhard de Chardin, her service as a Sister of Mercy, a life-threatening illness, and her personal experience of Divine Love in nature. Regarding her exhibit, Monhegan - "Whence Light Comes Into The Soul", Sr. Janice shares,

"I am a woman who loves Monhegan Island and the God it reveals. I share this Love and its light with anyone who will look and listen. We are immersed in a profound, intimate, and universal affection, and when we are open, every aspect of earth reveals this tenderness to us."

The exhibit will be on display in the Mary C. Daly RSM Art Gallery at Mercy by the Sea in Madison, CT from April 22 through May 14, 2023. Visitors are welcome Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to view the exhibit.  We hope you will make plans to enjoy this exhibit and let its message of light touch your soul.
