Dempsey Auditorium

Dempsey Auditorium, just off the reception area at the front of the Main Building, is Mercy by the Sea’s largest conference room. It can hold between 50 and 225 people in different configurations, including:

• Lecture style
• Classroom arrangement with rectangular tables
• Banquet set-up with a maximum of 12 round tables (90” rounds) with seating for 8 at each
• Single or concentric circle(s) of chairs.

The room has a stage and screen. Audio-visual equipment, projector, easels and microphone are all available at no additional cost. Limited internet access is also available.

A morning coffee and tea service is available at no extra charge. Fees for snacks and meals are listed on the Dining page. 

Groups have used the space for meetings, day-long conferences and public events. Individuals and families have rented the space for private memorials and celebrations.
