About this Offering

As never before, our common destiny calls us to seek new ways of understanding, new ways of being with ourselves and with others. A variety of mindfulness meditation and communication practices will be introduced in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. This day-program will include poetry, reflections, guided kindness and compassion practices, mindful communication, and listening deeply to the wisdom in the room. Through gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves and others, we open to the possibility of creative and unexpected resolutions in ourselves and in our relationships. No previous mindfulness experience is necessary.
